Every Christian Should Have a Rule of Life
A disciple of Christ is one who is disciplined, or at least should be disciplined. This to me means that a disciple is not one who lacks a system or way to stay firm on his resolve to follow Jesus Christ. To me it means that it is a person who has a specific formal way to live out his life as a Christian.
In the Church, this formal way, or this specific system is referred to as a Rule of Life. This Rule of Life doesn't have to be elaborate, but it is an established pattern that has been proven to enhance or help a Christian to stay constant on his spiritual walk.
